We aim to process and ship all orders placed directly through Limon-Art online store within a two-week timeframe (14 calendar days) from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may occasionally vary during peak seasons or for made-to-order items.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier and your location. We utilize reliable shipping providers and include insurance on all original paintings to protect your investment during transit. A tracking number will be provided via email once your label is created.

If you purchased our art through an external platform or gallery (a "third party"), the shipping policies and processing times of that specific platform will apply. Please refer to the policies outlined on the platform where you made your purchase for relevant details and timelines.
